Juvia Locker from Fairy Tail! she's probably my favorite character in that series.
i love her new looks q vq her hairrrr /touches; so it's been a while since i did
fan art and i wanted to honor one of my favorite, current series, Fairy Tail. I
know Juvia's the rain girl, but i wanted to make her look happy... and give her
bubbles >u< i'm unsure of the colors of this outfit, but this is my interpretation
of it. i will try and make more fan art eventually :"3 ♥
