I wanted to comment on this when you first posted it, but sadly I'm just getting to it now! >.< I LOVE THE WAY YOU USE BLUES! I don't know why, but you always pick the nicest hues and it always looks so clean in the end! >.< Your lineart is incredible and Your art style has always been one of the cutest in the world to me!<33 I like the hair cut you chose for her also how the Altaria is peeking out behind her haha! Such a cute expression and I LOVE her outfit!<3 Altaria is definitely one of my favorites too, though I'm much of an older-gen Pokemon person xD
